As long as it is active, yourCloud Service subscription allows you to receive alerts, information, updates and new features of the Dcare system as well as technical support.
Subscription
You pay a cash amount for the Cloud service subscription. The amount varies depending on your selected term.
PASSING GUARANTEE
In the event of the death of your loved one declared as a bracelet wearer during a subscription period, we will reimburse you the equivalent of the remaining period.*
*Upon presentation of the death certificate.
We will charge you directly on the payment method you selected when you ordered.
Unless you notify us no later than 30 days prior to the end of your current billing period, the direct debit will be tacitly renewed for an equivalent period.
The lease ends at your request with 30 days notice before your next due date. In the event of your loved one's death, the exceptional early termination conditions of the Death Benefit apply.
