The management of the residence-service "Le Cercle Trianon"located in Brussels (Woluwé-Saint-Lambert), wanted to provide better security for its residents at all times of the day and night, to reassure families and facilitate the work of its teams.
That's why they turned to Dcare, which offered the ideal system, providing a range of safety features (falls, location, exit, etc.) while allowing total system flexibility to adapt to the unique environment of this type of institution. Integration was therefore carried out in stages, and gradually extended to the entire residence-service site.

Our residence is Cocof-approved, and complies with safety and hygiene standards. Our residents wear a bracelet connected security system. It's discreet, comfortable, equipped with an alert button, accurately detects heavy and soft falls and many other incidents to alert our team 24 hours a day."
