How do I terminate my tenancy?

End of your Dcare product rental contract

If you wish to terminate your rental of a Dcare product (kit, additional plug, additional bracelet , etc.), simply follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account on the website dcare.be and access the My account section via the bust icon in the top right-hand corner of the home page. This account was created when you placed your first order (a button is available on this page in case you forget your password).
   
   
2. Select the Subscriptions from the left-hand menu on the page that appears.
   
   
3. Your subscription appears in a detailed list. Click on " Cancel".
   
   
4. Once your subscription has been cancelled, you must return the equipment to us so that we can refund your deposit. To do this, you can send all the original equipment to the address at the bottom of the page, or drop it off during our opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
   
   
5. After checking the equipment, we will refund your deposit in full (except for major external or electronic damage) to your original means of payment.

 

Note: As stated in our Cloud rental and subscription conditionsservice, you must cancel your contract at least 30 days before your next monthly payment, either by cancelling the subscription in your Dcare account, by e-mail to info@dcare.be or by post to our postal address.
